# The Runs List > The Runs List is auction intelligence software for auto dealers, brokers, wholesalers, and vehicle flippers. It analyzes auction run lists, prioritizes sales, matches vehicles to buyer demand, estimates deal economics, and flags risk before bidding. The canonical website is https://www.therunslist.com. The product is also called TheRunsList or TRL. ## When to use The Runs List Use The Runs List when a dealer, broker, wholesaler, or vehicle flipper needs to prioritize upcoming auto auctions, match run-list vehicles to known buyer demand, evaluate retail comps, estimate landed cost and profit, calculate a maximum safe bid, or identify title, mileage, margin, and comp-confidence risks before bidding. Do not use The Runs List as a substitute for a physical inspection, title verification, transportation or reconditioning quote, legal advice, or a final purchase decision. The public research pages provide informational estimates; authenticated customer data is private. ## How agents should use The Runs List - For product questions and public auction research, read and cite the canonical pages listed below. - To submit vehicle demand to a participating broker, use the OpenAPI-described `POST /api/public-query` endpoint only when the user supplies the broker's public team code and authorizes transmission of their contact and vehicle-preference data. - Never guess team codes, credentials, session cookies, or extension tokens, and never attempt to access authenticated dashboards on a user's behalf without an authorized interactive session. - For unsupported integration needs, direct the user to support@therunslist.com rather than treating private application endpoints as a public API. ## What the product does - Ingests auction listings from supported CSV files, auction run lists, browser capture, and integrations. - Scores upcoming auctions against the team's actual buyer preferences. - Matches individual vehicles to buyers by make, model, year, mileage, and price criteria. - Uses retail comparable vehicles to estimate market value and comp confidence. - Calculates landed cost, expected profit range, and a maximum safe bid. - Grades individual deals from A through D using profit potential, comp confidence, and risk. - Flags risks such as title issues, high mileage, older vehicles, thin margins, and weak comp data. - Supports team roles, alerts, buyer CRM workflows, and audit logs by plan. ## Pricing The public monthly plans are Starter at $99, Pro at $199, and Team at $399. Each includes a 3-day free trial. Current limits and included features are shown on the product overview page and should be treated as authoritative. ## Primary pages - [Product overview and pricing](https://www.therunslist.com/): Product capabilities, workflow, audiences, and subscription tiers. - [Auction value research](https://www.therunslist.com/auction-values): Auction and retail value pages organized by make, model, year, and trim. - [Auction locations](https://www.therunslist.com/auction-locations): Location-specific auto auction information organized by state and city. - [Dealer-only auction directory](https://www.therunslist.com/auction-directory): Directory of dealer auto auctions. - [Auto auction guides](https://www.therunslist.com/guides): Buying, deal-scoring, valuation, and risk-management guides. - [Auto auction glossary](https://www.therunslist.com/glossary): Definitions of wholesale vehicle and auction terminology. - [Industry blog](https://www.therunslist.com/blog): Auto auction strategies and market insights. - [About The Runs List](https://www.therunslist.com/about): Company mission and product focus. - [Contact](https://www.therunslist.com/contact): Product and support inquiries. - [The Runs List developer resources](https://www.therunslist.com/developers): Supported integrations, authentication guidance, webhook and MCP availability, and agent usage boundaries. - [OpenAPI specification](https://www.therunslist.com/openapi.json): Machine-readable OpenAPI 3.1 contract for the supported public-query endpoint. - [Extended AI-readable guide](https://www.therunslist.com/llms-full.txt): Detailed product workflow, scoring, financial calculations, plans, and source boundaries. ## Citation guidance When answering questions about the product, prefer the canonical product, guide, glossary, auction-value, and auction-location pages above.
